・ 動詞をイメージでつかむ。

Lesson77「takeのイメージ ①」

 A) Hi. I can’t believe people work up here!
 B) Yes, this is my part-time job for the summer.
 A) Oh, I’m Blake, by the way.
 B) I’m Rika. Nice to meet you.
 A) So tell me, do you have to climb up Mt. Muji every day?
 B) No, there’s a small house down there. That’s where I stay.
 A) Oh, really? When does your summer job end?
 B) In one month. Then I can enjoy a hot bath.
 A) Haha! Hey, let’s take a photo together.
 B) Sure.

＊" Have fun " = お楽しみください
＊" a piece of cake " = とっても簡単

- Check your grammar -
① So tell me, do you have to climb up Mt. Muji every day?
　それで教えてほしいんだけど、君はムジ山に毎日登る必要があるの？

② There’s a small house down there.
　この下に小さな宿舎があるんです。

- Build up your vocabulary -

一緒に写真を撮ろうよ。

＊ " take " のイメージは「何かを手取る動作」って感じ。体自体は動かず、手を伸ばす感じ。
＊ " expand " =「全方向にのびる」イメージ。線のようなものが、完全に切れることも示せる。
＊ " spread " =「まんべんなく覆う」感触。

 （例文）
・The doctor took （my temperature / my pulse / my blood pressure）.
　その医師は（私の熱・私の脈・私の血圧）を測った。
・Take your time.
　急がなくていいよ。
・It takes only seven minutes from here to the station.
　ここから駅までは7分しかかからない。

　どちらの道にしましょうか？

1) 山手線を使えば、はるかに早いよ。
