A) I have some good news for you, Ms. Marlow. We are in the process of questioning a young man, who is the main suspect in your gallery theft.
B) Who is he?
A) I can’t tell you the name, but he seems to be an art student .
B) So, have you found the missing Picasso painting?

" We are in the process of questioning a young man " と言い切って、「who is the main suspect in your gallery theft」と男について付加的な情報を追加している。

＊この文では、「that節」が使われている。節は、文内容を持つパッケージ表現。" to不定詞 , 動名詞 , 過去分詞 " と同じように節は、文中の場所でその機能が決まる。that には、導くニュアンスがある。" that " が " he is hiding something " という内容を聞き手に導いて、節のパッケージであることを導いてる。
