Alana）Hi, Hiroki. You seem a little down. Is something wrong?
Hiroki）I just got an email from one of our American clients. We didn't get the sales contract. It's my fault.
Alana）What do you mean?
Hiroki）My presentation last week was a disaster. I didn't prepare well enough.
Alana）Come on, it's OK. You did your best.
Hiroki）Thanks, Alana, but actually I didn't do such a good job.
Alana）Well, don't hesitate to ask me for help next time.
Hiroki）Thank you.

＊jump to a conclusion = 結論を急ぐ

① down「元気がない。不活発」
　You seem a little down.
　あなたはちょっと元気がないように見えます。
② 相手の真意を確かめる
　What do you mean?
　どういうことですか？
③ 全てが定型表現
　Don't hesitate to ask me for help next time.
　この次は遠慮なく私に手助けするように頼んでください。

Come on, it's OK.
さあ元気を出して、いいんですよ。
＊相手を取り巻く状況に問題はないことを伝える。
＊" work out " = 努力して出ていく
＊" Take it easy " は「簡単なものとして受け取れ」。
＊" would you mind " を yes で返すと「気にしますよ」になる。
