Mina）What's this? This isn't the tea I ordered.
Guang）May I see your receipt?
Mina）I ordered green tea, not black tea.
Guang）Allow me to apologize. I'll make a new one right away.
Mina）I'm kind of in a hurry. I'll just take this one.
Guang）Please take this coupon so that you'll get the next one for free.
Mina）OK, but please be more careful next time.
Guang）I will. Again, I'm very sorry about the mistake.

＊sharpen = （知性などを）鋭くする

　これは私が注文したティーではありません。

＊ " sorry " = ちょっと軽い。
＊ " apologize " = しっかり深く謝罪する時に使う。
＊ " do apologize " = do を強調。
