A) Hi, I’m Dr.Isogida.
B) Hello, Doctor.
A) What seems to be the problem?
B) I missed the last step on my patio and hurt my ankle. I want to make sure it’s not broken.
A) Let me have a look at it. Any tenderness in this area?
B) Ouch! Yes!
A) Let’s see if you can stand and take a few steps.

・miss the last step 　階段の最後の段を踏み外す
・patio 　テラス
・ankle　足首「aNGkəl」, uncle は「əNGkəl」

・tenderness　（押して感じる）痛み、圧痛
