B) Hello, my name is Tom Vec. I’d like to make an appointment with Dr. Yokime.
A) There’s an opening tomorrow at 3.
B) That’d be great.
A) All right. How do you spell your last name, Mr. Bee?
B) It’s V as in victory – V-E-E.
A) V-E-E. I see. I’ve got you down for tomorrow at 3.
B) Thanks.

- Words & Expressions -
・I’d like to make an appointment. 　予約したいのですが
・There’s an opening. 　（日時について）…が空いています。
・That’d be great. 　それでお願いします。
・All right. 　承知しました。「上がり調子で言う」
・How do you spell -? 　〜はどう綴りますか？
・It’s V as in victory. 　victoryのVです。
・I’ve got you down for -, 　（という日時）にご予約を入れました。
・get – down　〜を書き留める

余木芽先生の診察の予約をお願いしたいのですが。

＊依頼の表現。予約したいときの決まり文句。先生の名前が分かるときは " with + 先生 " という。

＊ " victory " の i は a に近づける。o は曖昧に弱める。ry はリラックス。

　ある男性がある眼科医院に予約をするために電話をします。
　受付係は翌日の3時が空いていると彼にいいます。男性はそれに決めます。

A man calls an eye clinic to make an appointment. The receptionist tells him there is an opening at 3 the next day. The man takes it.
