 A) Are we going to teach Elvis tricks?
 B) Not exactly. We’re going to practice using positive reinforcement.
 A) I can do that! Elvis, here boy! Good boy!
 B) Hold on! We need to give Elvis a calm response!
 C) Sam! We all need to get on board with this!
 B) You’re not supposed to shout! Be calm!
 A) Sit, Elvis.
 C) He obeyed you!

・teach 人 tricks 　〜に芸を教える
・Not exactly. 　そういうことではないんです
・practice -ing　〜することを実践する
・positive reinforcement 　ほめてしつけること
・enthusiastically 　張り切って
・Here boy! 　こっちにおいで！ 
・Hold on! 　待って！ストップ！
・give 人 a calm response 　〜に対して穏やかに対応する
・get on board with -　〜をする。に参加する
・You’re not supposed to - 　あなたは〜してはいけないことになっています。
・Sit. 　お座り
・Obey 人　〜の言うことを聞くに従う

You’re not supposed to shout!
大声を出してはいけないんです！

A) But look. There’s a centipede.
B) I think I’m going to scream.

- Say It -
Elvis, here boy! Good boy!
＊ " Good boy " は上がり調子で言う。

- Write It -
彼らは大声を出してはいけないことになっています。彼らはエルビスに穏やかな対応をする必要があります。その効果が出てきました。

 
They are not supposed to shout. They need to give Elvis a calm response.
They are seeing the results.
