Owner）You bought a lot of clothes from my shop today, Naoko. Thank you.
Naoko）Thank you. I needed some new clothes for the New Year.
Owner）Let me show you something. These two blouses are from the new 2020 collection. Since you're a special customer, I'll offer you one at cost price.
Naoko）Are you serious? Which one?
Owner）You can have either blouse.
Naoko）Well, I love this blue one.
Owner）It's yours. I'll put it in a bag for you.

＊selection = 品ぞろえ

① will「意志」
　Since you're a special customer, I'll offer you one at cost price.
　I'll put it in a bag for you.
② 授与型「offer 人物」, at「点」
　I'll offer you one at cost price
　自分のせいだと思わないでください。

どちらのブラウスでもお買い上げいただけます。

＊" either " , " neither " は「一つ一つに目を向ける」意識で使われる → 選択の意識。単数扱い。「アイザー」「ナイザー」とも発音。
＊" both " は「2つを1度に眺める」両方 → 複数形。
＊" either, neither, both " はどれも「２つ」のモノについて使われる。

（例文）
・Either candidate will do a good job.
　どちらの候補者も良い仕事をするでしょう。
・You can have neither blouse.
　どちらのブラウスでもお買い上げいただけません。
・You can have both blouses.
　両方お買い上げいただけます。
・Either you or I have to pick up the overseas visitors.
　君か私が海外からのお客さんを迎えに行かなくてはなりません。
・Neither Kaori nor Martin came to my wedding.
　カオリもマーティンも僕の結婚式には来なかった。
・I listened to his first two albums, but I didn't like either very much.
　彼の最初の2つのアルバムを聞いたけど、どちらもあまり気に入らなかった。

1) I think either dress suits you perfectly.

3) I've read both of her novels, but I didn't like either.
（解説）
1) " it ~ ing " = to より生き生きしている
2) " I didn't like both " だと、「両方とも気に入ったわけではない」となり使えん
