Lesson179「イメージは強力な武器：relief」

Leo）I know you don't like lemon on fried chicken.

Rie）Oh, go ahead. Squeeze some lemon on it.

Leo）I thought you didn't like it.

Rie）Well, I started to like it that way. Oh, I hear we aren't going to karaoke after this year-end party.

Leo）But I thought the boss was looking forward to it.

Rie）Yes, but he's caught a cold and can't sing tonight.

Leo）What a relief! I was prepared for another long night of his terrible singing. Cheers!

Rie）Cheers!

＊year-end party = 忘年会
＊Cheers! = 乾杯
