Lesson153「「同じ」仲間：same, similar, identical」
Kana）Hey, Goro, what do you think of Mika, the new recruit?
Goro）Hi, Kana. Well, I think she’s a wonderful addition to our team, and that she will become a really valuable asset over time.
Kana）I agree. Of course, she makes some mistakes, but she is a very fast learner.
Goro）And she hardly ever makes the same mistake twice.
Kana）Maybe you could learn a thing or two from her!
Goro）Get out of here!

＊never mind = きにするな「don't mind は使わん」
＊over time = そのうちに

　What do you think of Mika, the new recruit?
　新入社員のミカのこと、どう思う？
② that で「橋架け」
　I think she’s a wonderful addition to our team, and that she will become a really valuable asset over time.
　彼女は僕たちのチームにとって願ってもない新人で、そのうち、とても貴重な人材になると思うよ。

＊" addition " = 新人

＊ " same " は「同じ」。まったく同一のモノから同種のモノまで幅広く使うことができます。" the " とセット。
＊" similar " は「似ている、大体同じ」。" same " より度合いが小さい。多少の相違点が意識されている。
＊ " identical " は「どこから見ても丸っきり同じ」。「注意深く比較検討する」様子が感じられる単語。

　彼は毎日同じスーツを着ています。
・What a coincidence! We are wearing the same dress.
　なんて偶然なの！　私たちが着ているドレス、同じね。
・My wife and I have similar tastes in literature.
　妻と私は文字の好みがよく似ている。

　この2つのサインはまったく同一だ。
