　浮かない顔をしているあなた。昨日あなたは恋人と、あなたの誕生日をお祝いしたのですが、とても恥ずかしい思いをしてしまったのです。心配してくれる友人に事情を話してください。
「実は昨日カレと私の誕生日をお祝いしたの。彼は私に美しいネックレスを買うためにお金を貯めてくれたわ。でもレストランで彼は私に自作のロマンチックな歌をとても大きな声で歌ってくれたの。すごく恥ずかしかった。彼は私の理想の男性じゃないと思わざるをえないわ」

Actually, I celebrated my birthday with my boyfriend yesterday. He saved money to buy me a beautiful necklace. But, at the restaurant, he sang me a romantic song he wrote in a very loud voice. That was so embarrassing. I can’t help thinking he is not my Mr. Right!

I celebrated my birthday with my girlfriend last night. She took me to a fancy French restaurant. Everything was going perfectly until we got the check. The meal cost a fortune. They even charged us $30 for a small bottle of mineral water. Unbelievable! In the end, I had to help her by lending her some money. She was so embarrassed!
