Johnny）What's your best seller?
Fujiko）Rinko's apple butter is by far the most popular.
Johnny）Okay, I'll take a jar of apple butter and one of your squashes. The question is what do I do with this squash?
Rinko）Why don't you make a soup?
Johnny）How do I do that?
Rinko）Easy as pie.
Johnny）I've never made pie. (All laugh.)

＊ 助動詞は否定を表さない限り、通常は弱めて小さく発音する。" I " も機能語なので弱める。

　 林子と富士子の店で一番売れているものは、林子のアップルバターです。ジョニーはそれと、富士子のスクワッシュを一つもらいます。林子は彼に「スクワッシュスープを作れば?」と提案します。
