入門ビジネス英会話で取り上げられた、活用フレーズを瞬間英作できるようにまとめました。今回は、2019年1月のフレーズです。

「Lesson 29」念を押す
1）スケジュールは、必ず守るようにしてください。

＊「Please make/ be sure..」より" if " の方が丁寧

7）ここは禁煙のレストランなので、ご注意ください。
8）一応の確認ですが、ジョンの送別会はレストラン " Firenze " で7時から始まります。（上司でも部下でも）
＊顔に書いてありますよ（喜びなどが隠しきれてない時）

1）Please make sure that you keep to the schedule.

「Lesson 30」やる気を引き出す

5）どうやってそんなに革新的なアイディアが浮かんだのですか？
「やる気を引き出す表現」
＊状況判断し、その場に最適な言葉を発することが大切
6）あなたは、ベストを尽くしましたよ。よく頑張りましたね。(努力が報われなかった時）
7）やっていく内に、もっと簡単になりますよ（仕事が中々、前に進まない時）
8）あと一歩です。（there はゴールを指す）

4）Our chairperson’s remarks were genuine and touching.

「Lesson 31」努力をねぎらう
1）大変な労力を費やしたに違いありませんね。
2）皆さんの努力のおかがで、今年の目標を達成しました。
3）この課題に対して、頑張ったに違いありませんね。
4）プロジェクトが再び軌道に乗ったのは、励みになりますね。
5）値引きの代わりに、支払条件を変更したらどうでしょうか？
「相手のねぎらい方」
＊言葉として、相手にしっかり伝えることが大切
6）大いに進歩しましたね。
7）あなたの仕事は、素晴らしい結果を生みましたね
8）正直言って、これほど強いコミットメントは期待していませんでした。

5）就職の面接では、第一印象が本当に重要です。
「励まし背中を押す表現」
＊気持ちを込めて言うことが大切
6）あなたは正しい決定をしたと思いますよ
7）夢を追うべきです。手の届くとこにありますよ
8）気持ちをしっかり持てば、目標は達成できると思います。個人の見解に過ぎないけど
