　あなたは上司の命令でイギリスに行き、英語教材開発の共同事業を設ける。相手方は歓待してくれ好意的に提案を受け入れた。また、その場で出た沢山の意見には上司との検討の上答えることを約束した。

Thank you for giving me a wonderful opportunity. It went quite well. I received a warm welcome, and I got a lot of positive feedback on our proposal. I was asked so many questions, so I promised them I would provide answers after talking to you.

Everything went very smoothly. I gave a presentation outlining our proposal, and I received very positive feedback. There were a few questions I couldn’t answer fully, so I told them I would provide answers after consulting with you. I hope they will accept our proposal.
