 A) Hi. I’m your new neighbor, Ed.
 B) Oh, hi, Ed. I’m Hanako.
 A) So, do you live over there?
 B) That’s right.
 A) How long have you lived here?
 B) Not very long. I’ve lived here for about three years. I moved here from Fukuoka. How about you?
 A) I just moved here last week from Oregon. It was a big move!
 B) Welcome to Higashi Machi.
 A) My wife and kids are inside. I need to get back. We’re still unpacking.
 B) Sure. Go ahead.
 A) It was so nice meeting you.
 B) It was so nice meeting you too.
 A) See you around.
